I heared about a products use in that,like fish,nuts,choko,like my work capacity to is weak.

brain can a suffer from a not right or insufficient nourishment ,like a stomach.

thus energy mind and quality is depends from memmory.

for our brain is need fish faty,sunflower,olive,corn,raps oils.

that is much containing in fish fats kinds.

for a memory cocentrate we need in ferum,,like having a mich in green apples,pomegranates,turkish,millet.

and mg ,like almond,yolk,pumpkin.

And brain is need in function too with vitamin b,thus having in cheese bran,haricots,buckwheat,nuts.

    i like eating a lot of nuts, pomegranate, seeds, and green apples covered with caramel and other stuff. i eat a lot of olive oil too.
