I realized today that I've been too hard on Al Gore lately. Like here and here and then here again, and oh yeah this other time. Today it was brought to my attention that since the Internet turned 40 years old today, and Albert is 61, he was actually pretty young when he invented the Internet. Kudos! Well, software lore is filled with adolescent genius and I shouldn't be surprised that Albert is the stuff of legend.
