In an incident five British soldiers died in southern part of Afghanistan when a rougue Afghan soldier opened fire on colleague soldiers killing eight person in all , told Britain's Ministry of Defense on Wednesday. Three of the deceased are thought to be Afghan soldiers while five of them are British. This incident took place in Helmond province of Afghanistan where most of the British soldiers had been deployed and was being considered a stronghold of Taliban and center of poppy cultivation. Several British soldiers have been killed in this area. Once they withdrew after concluding a contract with them. At a time when Obama Administration is thinking over reviewing the strategy of War on Terror in Afghanistan either to pull out or shift the war gradually to Pakistan, it seems a blow and manifestation of frustration.
