Jakarta, 04 Nov 2009 - The Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) has declared its decision through PT Carrefour Indonesia (Carrefour) proved guilty of monopoly and dominant position in market share of hypermarket and supermarket in Indonesia.

But the other side of the business for Carrefour’s claim was not running smoothly as accused by many parties is regarded as a retail giant in the country which is always a profit on.
