Justice & Enforcement of Human Rights Reasons So Open Court Records
Jakarta, 4 Nov 2009 - For the sake of justice and enforcement of human rights is the reason the Constitutional Court (MK) to open a recording engineer suspected of the criminalization of 2 non-active leadership of the Commission Bibit S Rianto and Chandra M Hamzah in the trial.
“Why did we go in open court? For the Court upholding human rights and justice higher than everything,” said Chairman Moh Mahfud MD Court in the trial at the Court, Jl Medan Merdeka Barat, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (3/11/2009).
