Talented, sesnistive, forgiving, legend - these words dont even begin to describe the sensation that is Michael Jackson. His film titled 'This is it' is a selection of footage from the numerous rehersals he and his dancers did before they were about to fly to London for final dress rehersals.
This is a must see film - Michael's personality is revealed through random clips and we see again why millions of fans idolise this pop icon. He doesn't say much thorughout the film, but when he does speak, he radiates such grace and humility, that I got goose bumps.
It is not just Michael's gentleness and gratitude which is moving, but the respect he draws from his dancers and co-workers while rehersing for what was to be the biggest come back in history. Unlike other big-mouthed ego-centric performers in the music indutry today, Michael does not need to tell everybody he is the greatest musician the world has seen. Nor does he have to demand respect, rather it is showered upon him at will by everyone who is lucky enough to be in his presence.
Obviously the fans, dancers, and everyone who meets Michael falls in love with him, and why not? He is someone to be idolised, someone to set an example we can all follow, someone who was not only superbly talented but who used his fame to send positive social and environmental messages to the masses.
Michael Jackson was a true inspiration, a divinely talented human being, and a devestating loss to pop fans and sentient beings across the globe.
