Iran has received a draft proposal from the International Atomic Energy Agency of the United Nations aimed at easing international concerns over Iran's nuclear program.
Until Friday Tehran should submit its response to the proposal made by IAEA chief Mohamed ElBaradei.
Most probably the proposal involves the export of Iranian uranium enrichment facility in France or Russia.

Like other countries, Iran has also right to enrich uranium but only for peaceful purpose. Imposition of undue restrictions will not only make the issue more complicate but will force Iranian government to be more strict and the pressure from hard liners over government will be increased if Iranian government decides to show some flexibility in future.
