Woman Died due to Traffic Circle
Right on my street, ANOTHER person got hit by a car and died instantly IN A CROSSWALK because noone stops at traffic circles. Using traffic circles is most likely the most ignorant creation. It could work, but there are WAY too many people that clearly don't know howw to drive.
