President Serzh Sargsyan to the two-day state visit today will head to Kuwait.

According to the press service of the Armenian state, the first visit of the President of Armenia to the Persian Gulf since the proclamation of independence.

During the visit Serzh Sarkissian will meet with the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Parliament Speaker Jassim Mohammad Al-Horaffi, Prime Minister Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
Armenian President will also hold meetings with the management agency investment fund economic development, Chamber of Commerce will visit Kuwait and scientific center of the country.

During the visit, will sign a number of Armenian-Kuwaiti cooperation agreements.
