This is a company I was just recently employed with. The people there are crooked, and I have never spoken to a person working there or previously employed there that was satisfied with the management. (Not even the one's that are performing "personal favors" for creditial and employment benefits.) This is a call center, currently contracted for Sprint. The staff consist of appx 600 employees and they are being mentally and physically abused. During my 6 months of employment, I have witness management & agent public display of affection, supervisor favortisms, months of mandatory overtime (part of which was not documented for or agreed to), unfair lay offs, harrassment, and improper dress code and conduct gone unaddressed.
I was terminated on the issues of attendance. I've never had a prior "no call, no show" on my record, although there was one documented that I had disputed several times and my SUP assured me that it would be taken care of. On the day of my absence, I had attempted many outreaches: called his cell, left a voicemail, called his office line and sent him a text message. All of which he did not reply. When I had returned, they had already terminated me and he denied all knowledge of any of the attempts I had made.
