Why We As Americans Are Failing our Soldiers

Minot AFB : ND : USA | about 1 month ago

First of all, I would like to thank every man and women who is fighting for and serving our country in the United States Military. Thank you for defending and fighting for our rights and freedom. With that said, I truely know that our society does not acknowledge and show true appreciation for the soldiers who are fighting for us everyday. The herotic women and men that fight for our rights as Americans are being over looked in this society. This society is media obsessed and star strucked by the celebrities and fashion magizines, we look up to, praise, and pay more attention to celebrities and superficial things than the news about the war in Iraq. People are more interested in getting a autograph from "Paris Hilton" than shaking the hand of a soldier and thanking him and her for fighting and defending our Nation. This is shamefull America, We have to support our troops on a higher level.
