Facebook Spamming for Free Game Cash

As is common in many free online MMO's, game cash is available for purchase. In Facebook, however, you are able to distribute personal information, or "personal information," for this cash, though in much smaller increments in most cases, unless applying for something like a credit card or making a large or reoccuring purchase. As with many things, the key is in the fine print. Is this ridiculous? I think so. I personally prefer the option to simply take surveys for third party companies doing research for major corperations on products that aren't offering all these fake incentives to get information out of me. I find tha to be much more productive both for myself and the recipient of my time and effort to recieive that game cash that I'm apparently too lazy to work for in game.

I would never buy credits and the so-called "free deals" seem like such scams it's surprising it's allowed. Why can't things be like they used to and you level up by just playing the dang game?? .

I am frustrated by the need for "cash" in these games as well. Of course, here I am, joining this site, so I can get some more cash! I wish there were other ways to earn it, such as trading "coins" earned in the game for more valuable "cash."

Honestly, I forget which game I joined this for. I do find it spectacularly hilarious that you all found me for the same purpose, though. I did a short foray into the free MMO world, and it was absolutely horrid. These games are definitely no better. Like, in Yoville, it's near impossible to earn enough coins to do much of anything, Cafe World is a really slow start without some booster coins, and Restaurant City is just as bad because you have to strategically time your sign ins and hope that you have enough coins to revive your people. The best I've found, and all my friends agree, is Country Story. You really don't need to get more coins to play that, and you don't get penalized for not being signed in all the time. I don't know about Farmville; haven't played it.

Is there a real cash involved?
  • Posted By brownja6 brownja6 | about 1 month ago
You can pay real cash and it's a hell of a lot easier than doing the offers, most of which are out to get your info in some form or another, or require you to make some form of less secure payment, or apply for a credit card. Really, it all involves real money or giving up your information, which, in the end, may be worth more money than you'll make in your lifetime.
