Sri Lanka former Army Commander General Sarth Fonseka has asked by the US department of Homeland Security to be a ''source'' in investigation against alleged HRviolations by Sri Lanka Defence Secretary.

Mean while Government of Sri Lanka has protested to the US attempt to use General Fonseka, senior military officer against the Defence Secretary who serve as a senior public officer.

Gotabaya Rajapakshe who is a of brother of Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapakshe is hold the post of Defence Secretary in Sri Lanka.

General Sarth Fonseka has honoured a lot for his dedication to the succeeded war against the terrorism recent past in Sri Lanka. He was extended in his service after end the war and then promoted to the post,chief of staff for all forces.

Recently Sri Lankan Government made an effort to appoint General Sarth Fonseka as a Secretary to the ministry of sports which caused to rise rumours among public about a rising dispute between major Sarth Fonseka and the Sri Lankan Government.General Sarath Fonseka didn't accept the appointment which announced by the government media neither government did not take any further effort to put him on that post.

The speech made by General Sarth Fonseka at the 60 commemoration of Sri Lanka Army was critical and government media was totally away from publishing that speech. Delivering that speech General has emphasized that it may be his final speech to the Army in public. After that General Sarth Fonseka has left to severely criticised by some ministers and has given a big publicity through out the government media. There has been spreded debets meanwhile using electronic, print and web media criticizing General's speech and interpreting General's speech was an effort to get in to politics.

In Washington D.C. last 25 October General has emphazised he will not hesitate to remove his uniform for the people of the country if the country goes in wrong path even after defeated terrorists after a 30 years of war.

General Sarath Fonseka has known the best General in the world as he could end the the world fearful terrorist group those who introduced human suicied bombers to the world ' Tiger Terrorists' and killed it leader Prabakaran with his close leaders.
