The double standard to sink down Europe

If Burqas have no place in France, Western culture will not penetrate into Muslim world. Banning wearing Burqas in France shows that Sarkozy is afraid of the fast spread of Islamic civilization in Europe. The West should stop dominating their culture in Muslim societies if they can’t see the Muslim women clad in Burqas in France and else where in Europe. Following is the short speech of Nicolas SarkozyNicolas Sarkozy with regard to spread of Burqa culture in France.

“Burqas have no place in France as they are a sign of the subjugation of women”, President Nicolas Sarkozy has said. During a solemn speech to parliament on a wide range of issues, Sarkozy backed an initiative launched by legislators who expressed concern over an increase in the use of Burqas in France. “The issue of burqas is not a religious issue, it is a question of freedom and of women’s dignity,” Sarkozy said. “The burqa is not a religious sign, it is a sign of the subjugation, of the submission of women. I want to say solemnly that it will not be welcome on our territory,” he added. Referring to a cross-party initiative by close to 60 legislators last week, who proposed a parliamentary commission to look into the spread of Burqas and find ways to combat the trend, Sarkozy said it was the right way to proceed.

This is a basic right of every sovereign state to formulate and enact laws keeping in view their social and political systems, religious norms and cultural values. But at the same time any state is never allowed to impose its culture and laws over the alien states to endanger their sovereignty and dignity.

The imperialists powers particularly those of Europe such as Germany, Russia, British, France and now the USA have always tried their level best to dominate their systems and cultures over the Muslim dominated societies to change and affect their way of life and to deviate them from the right path of Islam.

Islam has never forbidden the aliens or the none. Muslims to enter into their regions, but they are not allowed to work against Islam. Similarly the Muslims have never tried to sabotage or influence the internal systems or laws in Europe or US. The individual is free to exercise whatsoever he/she likes according to his/her religion or culture. Islam believes in co-existence and tolerance and this is the universal fact.

Islam is a natural, universal religion and way of life based on social equality and justice. Every Muslim man and woman has to prove practically to do good, avoid all evils and not do any harm to anyone irrespective of creed, relogion, cast and language. This does not need to be imposed forcefully, but its penetration cannot be stopped with the hollow rhetoric of Sarkozy.

Islam is a religion of peace, tolerance, equality and social justice. That is why Muslims are not afraid of the supremacy of any other religion. But on the other hand the Western Culture and civilization are trembling from the fast and wide spread of Islam and its values throughout the world. The Muslims believe in dialogues and logic, but the West hast stopped all the ways of dialogues to end the conflict.

The whole world is in trouble due to the hegemonic and imperialistic policies of the Europe and USA to subjugate the resources of the Muslim world. The cruel and biased rulers of the Western world have shaken the slumbering Muslims to awake from the slumber of carelessness. The true Muslims are never terrorists to do harm to any one for personal gains. But this is the western World that has lit fire to the peace of the entire world especially in the Muslim dominated world.

Burqas have not disturbed France or any other European state, but basically they are intentionally trying to throw dust into the eyes of the whole world that the Muslims were bent upon dominating their culture in Europe. Every body is free everywhere in the world in individual life exercise according to his/her wishes.

Burqa has not posed any threats to France or any other country in the world, but the main threat the Europe is facing is its illegitimate economic, social and political policies following the footprints of the US to dominate the Muslim world and their resources. The Europe and the US will have to bury their double standard with regard to terrorism, democracy and human rights. Terrorism in every form is condemnable even if it is from the states sides such as India in Kashmir, Israeal in Palestine and Russia in Chechnya.

The Europe is following its own national and financial interests. It has no concern with democracy and human rights. For example, there is no democracy in the Middle East, but the Europe is blind to see that sort of dictatorship and silent to speak against the Sheikhs in the Arab world.

If Israel is justified to kill the innocent people in Palestine and India justified to crush the freedom movement in the occupied Kashmir then why the regime of Taliban was wrong to protect its sovereignty and honour its unproven guests. Though the regime of Taliban in Afghanistan had no agreement of extradition with the US to have handed over Osama Bin Laden or any other accused. Osama Bin Laden has become an icon of freedom against the US.

The NATO and the US are not happy with the government and army of Pakistan to hold negotiations with Taliban to create peace and restore its writ in the troubled zones of NWFP. But if the NATO and the US generals reportedly conduct parleys with Taliban leadership to protect their soldiers in Afghanistan, minimize the upsurge in militancy or to vacate their bases on the border with Pakistan then they are justified. It is their double standard, which can also be quoted as hypocrisy.

Burqas have not posed threats to Europe, rather it is their double standard, unfair and biased policies against the Muslim world, which will surely bring them down.
