Thank you for your e~mail, I had a slight problem with the computer yesterday where nothing wanted to work and for some reason or other all my files were locked up as read only but I fixed the problem and I sent you a message last night.

Also information of an earlier spy program as I’m going to narrate it to you now.

When I first got e~mail several years ago, my computer wasn’t connected to the internet, so as all the people around the place do, I went to an internet café belonging to a friend who owns a computer shop and does all my repairs, he allowed me to use it on credit and pay him whenever my pension comes each months from Centrelink Australia. The girls in the internet café were always friendly and helpful, computer viruses had been largely eradicated after the New Millennium was over. Lot of that Millennium Bug was lot of trash from Bill GatesBill Gates, owner of the Microsoft Corporation to sell more expensive computers. People panicked and installed the part but without much of a result. I had been upgrading my computer over the years because I wanted to connect to the internet from home. I bought a mobile phone but the internet connection cables between the cell phone and the modem are very hard to get around here so I surfed the webs trying to import things from Australia and overseas, that also included computer programs and scan and recovery programs. I searched for Microsoft Australia and I found it very easily. I had 2 floppy drives, that was before I got the forty megabite second hand hard drive and up till just before then I was always depending on second hand parts, hardware etc that were cheaper to buy than the new stuff. I had a CD ROM read only drive with the circuit-board of an old 286 XT computer because no 386 or 486 boards were not available. The circuit-board was a rebuilt one obtained for me from the computer factory in Cebu but the CD ROM worked playing music. Where I couldn’t afford to buy proper digital speakers and amplifier, I made up a long cable with plugs at either end. Iplugged one end into the CD ROM and the other end into a SHARP stereo radio cassette that my father sent me as a present from Sydney, it was as new. I still have it now.

I had several burn-outs of circuit boards over the years and once, I even had an explosion where the power pack blew up after a cockoroche got into it. I had to buy a brand new one because they couldn’t fix the old one up and parts were not available. When I got the forty megabite hard drive I had to get a new circuit-board because the 286 wasn’t strong enough to support it. It was then when the owner of the company first gave me a 486 circuit-board for nothing in replacement of the 286 and I had four working drives. I was given the Visa Cash-Card by Suncorp after having the account opened for several years where I sent cash in the mail after buying Australian dollars on the black market from money changers to save some money. Originally when I opened the Direct Access Savings Account it was free of any charges, Suncorp never sent me any debit card of any kind and they never told me about any cheque book attached to it. I became desperate on occasions needing money and not being able to get it to buy my Tegretol tablets for treatment of epilepsy which is the reason why I receive an invalid pension. I phoned Suncorp and they sent me an application to sign for a Visa Cash Card, (DEBIT) not (CREDIT). Statements always showed the full amount of money to be there but after a while, on a previously free account they started charging me $5.00 per month account keeping fees and all my money was taken by Suncorp by the month for account keeping charges. I couldn’t draw my pension from any ATM so I started going to a Tourist Centre where they had a Visa office and I was able to get my pension money from there. Previously, I was receiving pension cheques forwarded from Buffalo, U.S.A. But because either late delivery of mail or non delivery by the Philippine Mail I was having it sent to a courier company where I collected it from every twenty eight days. Money Changers always tried to rip me off. I was being ripped off by the Tourist Centre also. I managed after lot of trouble and non compliance by the Suncorp, (INCOMPETENT) staff to register for internet banking and they gave me the client number over the telephone but the PIN number came to me in the mail bit before. I had to change my password using the computer from the internet café to an eight digit one because the original four digit was rejected by the internet. I started doing internet shopping via e~mail giving companies written permission to draw through their Visa section the needed amounts from my account. While searching for an internet attachment and computer programs, I contacted IBM Australia who gave me two e~mails of IBM companies that were stationed in Manila. The first one refused to deal because they don’t sell direct to the public, only to computer stores. The second one wasn’t IBM at all, it was a small subsidiary company of a big American mob pretending to be a computer company while operating on AMERICA ONLINE. I thought they were genuine but they started offering me the Visa Card, Visa Gold and Visa Platignum, MasterCard and the Diner’s International, when I opened the first e~mail from them, it set off their spying program, spy programs were not known of two years ago. They started offering me the American Greencard, Video and Audio on CD or BETA/VHS for fifty cents a movie which was highly suspicious, they must have been selling pirated stuff to be so cheap. I refused to buy of course. They intercepted my e~mail between me and Suncorp where they stole details of my dealings from. After a while they started asking me to join their singles clubs and they started sending pictures of fully naked women, men, boys and girls and telling me how nice they are. All X and R rated stuff was disgusting. Statements like, she will keep you warm in bed at night, or if you don’t like women you can have a man. Alternatively, you can have a child of from eight years upwards. I e~mailed them that I’m not interested because I’m a married man with a family but they ignored me. Than they started sending me online Soccer pools, Lotto forms, scratchies, I realized it was that mob that used to send chain letters to people in Australia that they will make them rich and asking me to transfer my Suncorp Account to them and the same with any credit card accounts but I refused. They hit out on the students using the internet, some of who had lot of money. Students gave them online authority because online gambling was a big thing and all their bank accounts were cleaned out and they got nothing from the company. They contacted other people by internet and cell phone asking them to pay huge amounts of money to a numbered bank account in Tagbilaran and they will arrange employment in America and the Middle East for them, all those fools lost their whole life savings. When they contacted me about the Sweepstakes that I supposedly won a thousand US dollars I was very of it because I never entered anything. I was offered a shopping spree to spend their money all year round on credit and pay nothing for a year. I tried to collect my winnings but they only gave me web addresses of deceased properties where some dead person may have left me a fortune. I tried ordering computer supplies from them but I didn’t get any answer, only continual bombardment of unwanted trash. When they asked me for my account details, to confirm my account number, the PIN and PASSWORD so they can draw my money and they told me that I must pay money to them before I can claim the supposed thousand dollars from their non existent Sweepstakes, I sent them an e~mail to stop sending me all that garbage but they wouldn’t. I tried to send an e~mail to CNN to complain about them spamming me all the time but they intercepted my messages because they knew that I was trying to stop them. I tried to complain to Readersdigest but again my messages were intercepted and stopped from going through. Australian Government around that time announced taking Spam to court to stop them from sending all that garbage to people and they were scared so they had to try to stop any complaints against them from going through.

I somehow managed to unsubscribe from them and before they stopped, they stole a certain amount of e~mail massages from the bank and from friends to contact people because people’s e~mails were in them, they literally removed things from my inbox and I lost them forever. After that, there was the first major break-down of the internet all over not only the province of Bohol but the Philippines and some students operating an internet in Manila were arrested and gaoled and online gambling and porno sales were totally banned by the Philippine Government. Pirated CD’S were confiscated from the same shop, they then intercepted a large shipment of pirated stuff in Manila when it came from America, ship docked in Manila and the customs swooped and confiscated it all which was then announced on Philippine news and it was publicly destroyed.

The Philippine Police ran a bulldozer over it all. It took about two and a half months before the internet was back online. Some internet cafes went bankrupt and closed their doors forever. One that was a walking distance from me sold out and became a clothing store for women. Another one near the Bohol University was bought out by my friend and now it pays for itself.

2, KERRIANNE WHITE at Suncorp Centre Wickham Terrace Brisbane is the last person who I had dealings with over the phone, she pretended to give me a discount of thirty dollars in January but after I transferred the promised funds end of February between my Commonwealth account and Suncorp, I received a statement asking me for that extra thirty dollars that she supposedly refunded me so I got nothing of any refund on paper or anything, it was a sham. I sent Kerrianne White an e~mail that I made an electronic transfer so please close my account, e~mail was returned by mailerdaemon as non existent person or address. The money did leave my Commonwealth account at the time, I had bit over fifty dollars so I can pay that back as promised, $30.00 plus $4.50 monthly account keeping fee, it was never acknowledged as received by Suncorp. I redirected the e~mail and asked the direct@suncorpmetway.com.au to forward it on to Kerrianne White but they refused and e~mailed me back that I got to phone them, they refused to do anything at all. I sent Kerrianne White a letter concerning that but she refused to close my account and refused to acknowledge my letter by either e~mail or by letter. You will find all these things on the enclosed CD, INCLUDING my statements and pin and password so You can open my file on internet banking, my client number is on it also in the file titled BANKING. All the paper work, three big envelopes full of statements and messages were mailed to Centrelink for the pension purposes since I changed banks and they wanted it for the review of my pension. They later e~mailed me that they didn’t need the paper anymore so I sent a message that they should shred it all for waste paper recycling for safety purposes because I have everything on disc for myself. Centrelink only kept the CD that I sent them.

3, I sure will sign a note of authority for you to read my bank account details.

It may take twenty one days for the CD to reach you because parcels take longer in transit than letters. Philippine Post Office don’t like letters inserted in parcels because if they knew they would either charge me a higher price for a letter and dismiss the parcel contects or they would make me to tear the parcel open and send the letter and the CD separately from one another.

4, Suncorp must hand things over to you. You will find much more than just account details in various files on the CD, including how I was robbed by people in 1988 from the same bank by

using the CD ROM and double clicking each file in Microsoft Word.

5, YES I am a permanent resident of the Philippines, details are enclosed on things in the letter.

I’m married with two step daughters, the eldest recently landed her full time job that she waited for since her graduation eighteen months ago. She graduated university in Computer Science and she started last Friday as an office clerk encoding all the sales in a local shopping complex. Her sister will be enrolling next month for year two university in Computer Engineering and recently, there was a new arrival of a baby boy born on February fourteen, he’s only three months and a bit now. We bought a parcel of property few years ago with a deposit from my father in Sydney and we fully paid it off, my wife and I that is, and now we are building a besser block permanent house which is half finished all from my invalid pension. Since the second problem with the internet break-down last year, the internet in the Philippines has never been the same as it used to be before, it is not secure as before. Since October of 2004, when we got the landline telephone installed, I have been connected online from home. I don’t operate from an internet café as I used to do. When I used to go to the internet café. People used to stand behind me reading things that I was typing onscreen. Since the second major breakdown of the internets last year through the trouble of the spy system from the First Premier Bank in Ontario, Canada which wasn’t as drastic as the year before, the Philippine police in Manila arrested two Singaporean tourists operating from a five star hotel with laptop computers. They were connected to America online and there were altogether three operating from separate hotel rooms. They stole lot of money from unsuspecting people selling non exixtent Visa Cards, trips to America and Middle East for employment that were non existent also. They made a mistake when they started hacking into the computers of the Philippine Government. Two were arrested, their computers and paraphernalia was confiscated. The third one made a break leaving his computer and everything behind, he went back to Singapore by Singapore Airlines the same day but they confiscated his computer and computer files also. It didn’t stop the interference with the Philippine internet and I’m glad to be connected from home as I am now because the internet café still has break-downs where they are disconnected for up to two days a week from the internet.
