"Santi" is the fourth Tropical Storm that hits the island of Luzon Philippines on Saturday.The storm killed almost 14 people, 4 missing and 4 injured in Southern Tagalog.

Almost 2,853 famillies were affected by the typhoon.It is said that "Santi" will be leaving the Philippines Sunday afternoon.

In Camarines Norte,the damages is worth almost P15.6 million that destroyed barangays,healthcares,schools and many business establishments.The storm left painful scars to the people that lose their shelters.The total number of damage house were 5,674 and 1,488 overall destroyed into pieces.

In laguna,almost 20 towns were flooded including the 13 towns that hit by the tropical storm Ondoy.

In Batangas,the sea transportation has resumed after the storm signals was went down.

In Manila,the trains and the flights are still cancelled both domestic and international flights.Ninoy Aquino airport was also affected.Almost all Japan flights are cancelled to avoid accidents.There are hundreds of people stranded and stayed in the airport until the transportation resume.
