Ali Amri, a Tunsian from Aram, Gabes, celebrated last month his 129 th birthday. Indeed, Ali Amri was born on 5 october 1880 ! About the secrets of his old age and good health, Ali says that he has always had a healthy diet composed of natural and beneficial food such as olive oil, "Malthouth", "Assida", traditional Gabesian bread, and lots of dates! He says that today ' s food and eating habits of fast food and sandwitches in restaurants are new habits that did not exist before and that this deteriorates people ' s health

Ali remembers the years when he used to be a fisherman. He says he specialized in Tuna fish, and that in those old days, there was plenty of fish in the sea, in opposition to the scarcity of fish today.

    he is right about eating healthy! it really makes a huge difference in a person even on his age and looks!
