I have to admit that I am not a pet person. As my family adores our 3 cats, I am forced to endure there consistant affinity to cause trouble. Among the many frustratons that I have with them is an occassional trounce across the keyboard. Usually the result is some random text. However, I have rued not saving more frequently as just the right combination of key strokes has deleted quite a bit of my efforts. Therefore I do find it conceivable that an unattend pet combined with an open page on the auction site could result in an unexpected purchase. I wonder though, what is the full story. A lawsuit seems extreme. Most States give consumers a short period to change their mind in which case a simple return for credit is in order regardless of anything accidental. On the counter point, it's befuddling to think that Fido also clammered the confirmations required to complete the sale. If indeed this twist on the old adage of "The dog ate my homework" is a case of buyers remorse then the seller would still be better off to undo the sale than waste their minimal profits on litigation.
