Jamming Cell phnoe use?
The corrections cops at mcneil island prision found drugs and cell phones in the inmates cell. They think the inmates are making drug deals but most importantly they think they are planning an escape. So the correction cops trianed three dogs to track cell phones out when they're doing their daily searchs in the inmate's cell. They want to jam cell signals but the staffs and emergency line. The FCC is making a decsion. Even if they do get premission to do so, washington might not do anything until they look at how much it costs and when it can be safely and effectivly done.
