So, after reading my blog from last night, my daughter pointedly reminded me of some other events that I had left off that she had heard about throughout the month, and there are a couple others here I thought of afterward too.

In an effort to be brief, I'll not do any repeats. To find out my other suggestions, check out yesterday's blog Valley of the Sun offers a weekend full of Halloween fun.

In addition to the many events mentioned before, there are some cool activities tomorrow all over town, and some a little out of town, that would be neat. Pecos Park is hosting the Peek-a-boo Family Halloween Carnival with rides and attractions from 10am to 1pm.

IKEA is having a Halloween Treats for Kids 6-8pm as an alternative to traipsing all over the neighborhood knocking on doors.

Harvest Night 2009, at Living Word Bible Church, which my daughter and I attended a couple of years ago, is a blast and well worth the trip.

Candy & Critters is being hosted again this year at Cave Creek Regional Park. Meanwhile Mesa Riverview will be the scene for the BOO Bash 10k and 2 mile run. Race starts at 9am.

Also, if you want to make it an all day Halloween adventure, (and you have a babysitter for the evening portion), head out to surprise and join a Halloween Storytime event at Barnes and Noble, story begins at 11. Then head to the Trunk or Treat at Ace Hardware on Southern and 35th Avenue in Laveen at 2, run the kids home, trick or treat around the block, call the babysitter, and finish it off with my personal favorite - The Rocky Horror Picture Show at Madcap Theater in Tempe on Mill Avenue.
