Court ordered to seize properties of former President Pervez Musharraf.

General Musharraf not in a position to cooperate with court orders.

Now court ordered to seize his property.

A Pakistani court today ordered the police that, former President Pervez Musharraf is not giving cooperation,so now it has to be declared him proclaimed offender.

A northwest province court in the case of not cooperating with police,the properties of former president will be forfeited.

As we know that,one person had been missing during the tenure of former President Pervez Musharraf.

Missing man's family has alleged that there is Musharraf's hand behind the kidnapping person of their families.

Petitioner's lawyer, Mohammed Iqbal said, in case of not cooperating in the case,now Musharraf declared as proclaimed offender.

Iqbal said that as per, Pakistan Penal Code and under Article this petition was applied on March Six.

Police have now received the court order. If he does not act on the judge, there will be actions against police .

Beyond mid-April, the president of Pakistan living outside of Pakistan and recently his lecture tour in America has ended.Last few weeks he have been living in London.
