Martians – we are coming

Martians - beware, Earthlings are determined to come and visit you. We believe that you are green skinned and sport antennas, thanks to sci-fi stories. We do not know what your opinion is in relation to Earthlings – but, our blood is red and each of our specimens is distinctly different from another. Our time tested NASA, the fledgling ISRO and the Russians are all spending sleepless nights to come up with solutions to make a trip to your wonderful planet. Like the Star Trek, we want instant transportation – ‘beam me up Scotty’ should be enough! In this connection, we want to let you in on a secret – the Russian Federal Space Agency is working on a nuclear powered manned space craft to Mars – the basic design could be readied by 2012 and, in another 9 years time, it could be a reality with an outlay in the region of $600 million. Therefore Martians, you have till 2021 to get your house in order.
