My neighbor was arrested around 7:30 PM Wednesday, October 28, 2009 for brutally beating his girlfriend and mother of his two children in our driveway. I live in a row home and the family lives two doors down from us. I heard screams and yelling so I immediately dialed 911. When the police arrived the man fled on foot but was later apprehended three blocks away. The mother of the children has custody.
