There are already more than 100,000 Americans and Nato troops in Pakistan naghbour country Afghanistan which are working with 200,00 Afghan Security forces and police.

It means that the International troops are 12 times more than Taliban by numerical advantages over Taliban rebels, but it has not led to any thing close to victory.

Now still, the top US and NATO commondar in Afghanistan are asking for ten of thousands more troops to stem the escalating insurgency, this question is going to strength that how many more troops it would take to succeed.

The commonder, Gen. Stanley McChrystal, says the extra forces are needed to implement a new strategy that focuses on protecting civilians and the depriving the militants of popular support in a country where tribal militants may be Taliban today and farmers tomorrow.
