Bush with a bong, an obvious fake!
Dump it out Bush!

Thats right, you read it correctly, you better dump out that bong water or else be charged with it.

By the way, one cup of distilled water weighs about 8 Oz's

The Supreme Court said, "it unambiguously counts as a drug mixture under the wording of the state law".

I was also commented that drug users keep the bong water for later use, such as drinking it or injection, maybe meth heads! I wonder if they have they ever smelled Cannabis bong water? eurp, sorry.

While they do have a point because the statute defines a drug "mixture" as "a preparation, compound, mixture, or substance containing a controlled substance, regardless of purity." When the language of a statute is unambiguous, the high court said, precedents prohibit courts from disregarding the letter of the law under the pretext of pursuing the letter of the law, but do they really think we would drink the stuff, other than you little brother on a dare, let alone shoot it up?

Recently there was a one really smart kid who decided to consume the contents of his meth bong, hes no here anymore to yell you not to do it!!!!! Pot remnants is at least organic, Still DON"T DO IT. Meth pipes more than likely glow at night, or day.

And as Justice Paul Anderson commented " it does not make sense and it borders on absurd, it isn't consistent with what the Legislature intended when it wrote the state's drug laws." Berating Rice County authorities for charging a young women with such a serious crime for 2 and 1/2 table spoons full of water,

Hold on wait, so if the bong water is dumped in the toilet, is the toilet water illegal? The Public Sewage are then traffickers? Are bongs filled with holy water exempt? How about the air from the smoke, if you dump a bong on the carpet does it become illicit ? Holy crap batman, they're flushing, the Great Lakes have become contraband! Don't Let It Hit the Ground, ohhh the planet has been outlawed, o-no.

where will it end?

Considering that 90% of our currency is contaminated with cocaine, we may all be in trouble... *LOL* It certainly gives laundering money a different perspective.

I guarantee shooting that stuff will do nothing for you. If bong water was a good source for a buzz ppl would drink it on a regular basis, just like they smoke resins. I would guess the only way you could make any intoxicating use out of bong water is by boiling it until there's nothing left but goo. Yuck. BTW, don't try that at home. What could also happen, is you may produce a toxic and deadly poison. All drugs are poison.

This law is obviously in place so that if they feel like throwing the book at you, they have one more charge to drop later on, in court. It's all part of the negotiations.

How is it that shooting bong water would kill? I'm thinking there isn't a syringe big enough to fit enough bong water for a lethal shot. No?

in most case where people are talking about "shooting it up, I assume they are talking about the other substance where kids have drank or tired to "shoot up" the "bong water" from there meth pipes, or other non-cannabis pipes. Don't get me wrong some kid has tried Cannabis bong water I am sure, but a death from it is years away when the potency of thc and other cannabinoids outweigh the plant mass itself.

One fatality was reported from a kid trying to drink the water out of his friends meth pipe, I think that they call it "worbly water."
