Boxer Juan Manuel Marquez spars in Hollywood

The 35-year-old Joes Luis Castillo, the former WBC lightweight champion who’s had some great fights with Floyd Mayweather Jr. and the late Diego Corrales, is now up in Baguio City, Nothern part of the Philippine. Castillo came in with American super-lightweight Danny Escobar

Questions on Castillo’s current condition, and whether he’s up to the task to be part of Pacquiao’s training camp has made quite a new in choosing who could match pacquiao speed and streghten. During the 3 rounds spar Castillo proved that he is in shape and suite for the training camp to help pacquiao win.

He squared off with Corrales twice, winning the second by knockout. fought Mayweather twice also in 2002, and came close to winning the first bout He also fought Ricky Hatton in 2007 but lost via knockout.

    Castillo is a good sparring partner for Pacquiao because his fighting style is similar to Cotto's.
