A US court has sentenced a man to three years in jail for selling more than $1m worth of pirated software on eBay.
Judge Richard Roberts also ordered Gregory Fair, 46, of Falls Church, Virginia, to pay software firm Adobe Systems $743,000 in restitution, according to the Washington Post.
Fair pleaded guilty in April to charges of criminal copyright infringement and mail fraud for selling pirated copies of Adobe software between 2001 and 2007.
