The US spy predator plane Drone fires two guided missiles on a suspected bunker of militants at Damadola Chupatra in tehsil Mamund in Bajaur Agency here on Saturday at 12:05.This is yet not clear whether any high value target has been killed in the drone attack or not.

Local sources told that the area in Damodola Chupatra hit from drone is the native village of the famous TTP militant commander Maulvi Faqeer Muhammad at Bajaur. In this drone attack two close relatives of Maulvi Faqeer Muhammad have also been reportedly killed, but officially not confirmed yet.

The sources also told that in this conflict hit tribal zone this is the fourth US drone attack in Bajaur Agency. In the past too the drone had hit the same Damadola areas in which too many casualties and fatalities had taken place.

The local volunteers are busy removing the debris to take out the dead bodies and those injured. Mamund is the troubled zone where the security forces had recently started military operation against the alleged and suspected militants, sources told.

Meanwhile the tribal people have formed an armed Lashker (Group) to flush out militants from Bajaur Agency with the cooperation of the security forces to restore peace in the region. The former MNA from Bajaur Agency Sahibzada Haroon ur Rasheed had resigned from the National Assembly at that time when the Drone strike had killed innocent students of the religious seminary at Damadola. The tribal people are deadly opposed to the US drone attacks from across the border to hit innocent people in tribal areas, sources said.
