Then we will never need a lunar colony. Or a Mars colony for that matter.
Taking it a step further maybe we should make a law that says no one is allowed to go more than a mile from the spot they were born???
Sorry, but I totally disagree with what you're saying - we went to the moon and the technology that got us there gave us a LOT more than just the right to say we went there...
The fact that you're even reading this is because we developed the technology to go to the moon (you wouldn't be using your computer if we'd never gone to the moon) the same thing applies to the technology we have in medicine today...
I don't know about you, but living in the "stone-age" isn't something I would really want to do for the rest of my life...
