Overture...Dim the lights!
Soon your intrepid reporter will return to the stage (following a 20 year hiatus!) in a "Seriously Silly" evening of theatre as part of a benefit for the Skeena Watershed Conservation Coalition. For 2 nights in November, Slydog will "strut his stuff" on stage in a short, two-handed play that takes a silly (yet serious) look at how the last man and woman on earth might cope with life after an environmental disaster. It's all for a good cause (preserving an important northern watershed) and should be a few great evenings of fun, song and friendship! The pic on the poster should do well to relay the theme of the evening. There is a chance a Video of the evening will be available also.
Do feel free to visit the SWCC site below to understand the important work they do.

On the lighter side :-) Feel free to enjoy the opening to "Alice, I think" a short-lived sitcom from TV that used SMITHERS, B.C. as their locale.
