The H1N1 virus, or swine flu, is a big deal these days. It can also be confusing - how you do know if you or someone in your family has the flu? How do you know if it is serious or not? How long should you stay home or keep your kids home?

    That's a very informative and helpful website. With the prevalent threat of this epidemic, it's very important for everyone to be aware. In addition to all the hype, there are so many different sources, and so many different experts saying so many different things. The web site has done a good job summing everything up all in one place.
