In high school, the problem of children who mess around with drugs remains. In order to quell rising concerns over this issue, the schools have been administering random drug testing. Though this is a good idea, it definitely isn't enough to keep this problem out of schools forever. In fact, it may make matters worse. Random drug tests violate 4th ammendment rights. Something must be done in order to fix both problems now.
