A London based pipeline management company plans to partner with the government of Nigeria in providing training and employment for “Delta Youths in Conflict”

The Global Partnerships Programme (GPP) aims to find Nigerian Organisation [private/Governmental] and/or development partners who are interested in the project described hereunder. NanoMind IDC, Rashers International, a UK University, THGSA spa and FOOTSTEPFORLIFE; the aim, to retrain and rehabilitated “Unites of Niger Delta” that have been part of the Conflict. This will enable them come to the forefront of Oil and Gas technology development and applications in the 21st Century. This self empowerment programme will help build confidence, direct participations in the clean-up and sustained preservations of Niger Delta Environment.

Determination of the training activities will be developed within the framework of the Strategic Plan of oil and gas Infrastructure, local needs and Transport of the Niger Delta.2010-2020 programme as set out by the Government of Nigeria. The strategic objective of this Plan is to strengthen determined sectors of the population, with participation of NanoMind and the international organisations that will set their activities in the sphere of infrastructure and environmental maintenance, and preservations [auscultation]

The overview and technical background were attached on the proposal; the areas coved are, mechanical, the application of advance technology/Cathodic Protection, Geology, hydrogeology, environment, vigilance and auscultation of public works in relations to the needs of the people and industries in the region.

The objective is to develop trainings around organisations’ technological applications, integrated with self empowerment that builds confidence and trust of those involved in conflict this long. As well as infrared transformation of Youth of the regions’ visible image into national valued images, in addition, the individual treatment and in particular the self values inculcated through technological/social base education may not be sufficient. However, the resolution of regional problems by means of infrared inclusiveness of all the peoples should be taken seriously and the Government has to reach-out to the oil producing areas to avert prolong conflicts..

We can affirm that this consortium put together by NanoMind IDC when successfully partners with the Federal Government of Nigeria in providing these targeted trainings and employment opportunity for “Niger Delta Youths in Conflict” the people of Niger Delta will form part of long term source of structural recovery and will build trust based on informed and participatory protection of national stability and wealth.
