Goodman Beck attacked Anita Dunn a couple of days back, accusing her of controlling the media and being a Maoist.

At a high school graduation, Dunn had given a speech where she wittily said her two favorite philosophers were Mao Tse-Tung and Mother Theresa. The students laughed at the irony.

Beck instead went into a paranoid tirade.

Dunn become a target for Fox News after she said Fox News was not really “news”.

CNN reported, “White House communications director Anita Dunn fired back at criticism from TV commentator Glenn Beck on Friday, saying that a Mao Tse-tung quote Beck took issue with was picked up from legendary GOP strategist Lee Atwater.

"The Mao quote is one I picked up from the late Republican strategist Lee Atwater from something I read in the late 1980s, so I hope I don't get my progressive friends mad at me," Dunn told CNN

"The use of the phrase 'favorite political philosophers' was intended as irony, but clearly the effort fell flat -- at least with a certain Fox commentator whose sense of irony may be missing."

Last night, Goodman Beck continued his schizophrenic diatribe.

Unlike the previous night, last night Beck admitted that the statement was meant to be funny, and that he knew that, but still, how can she make a statement about Mao, even if it’s humorous, Americans don’t do that. Capitalists don’t quote Mao. They don’t even read Mao.

Except of course Atwater. And Karl Rove and George W. Bush and Newt Gingrich.

Faux News is still reporting that the Obama administration controls the media, that NBC is practically owned by the state.

I don’t know what GE thinks about the government taking over its media network.

Faux News has taken a talk Anita Dunn was a part of and edited it so that when she spoke about the Obama campaign’s efforts to manage and control the campaign’s message in the media, Goodman Beck made it sound like that the Obama administration had admitted that the White House controlled the media.

Everyone except Fox News, or course.

Of course.

After admitting that her statement about Mao was meant to be ironic and humorous, Beck still continued his psychotic babble as if it were not a joke.

In fact, he said it was a joke but it wasn’t funny (even though he pointed out the people at the graduation laughing).

He went on to say that one should never make a joke about Mao.

Which was ridiculous, people make fun of Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Sadam, Bin Laden and other dictators all the time.

Have you watched South Park. Did you see Inglorious Basterds? Have you seen any Chaplin movies? Have you seen many Stand Up comedians? Have you watched your own network’s news?

Some jokes are just more subtle than others.

What isn’t a subtle joke though is getting a white guy to dress up as Chairman Mao and have him sit by the phone that is specially made to receive a phone call from Anita Dunn.

While saying that no one should joke about Mao, because he kill 70 million people, just to the left of Beck was a man dressed like Mao, looking goofy and dare I say it…funny.

I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I know Mao isn’t suppose to be funny, but that man in the Mao costume is just soooooooo goofy looking.

This is it. That’s Fox News for you. That’s fair and balanced. That’s them reporting, you deciding.

I want my President to keep on slapping them around, at least a bit longer. Just enough to keep having other news networks cover the lies and misinformation Fox News is spreading about the topics that are important to the people.

Ever since the White House went public with their dissatisfaction with the lies coming from Fox News, every news network has covered the back and forth between the “news” network and the White House.

Soon the other networks will get use to fact checking the fiery exchange between the White and Faux News, and then the White House can stop and the other networks will keep on doing it.

It’s more of that control Anita Dunn was talking about.

Once you can get the words “lies” and “Fox News” into the minds of the Fox News viewers that are independents and swing voters, soon after they will start fact checking Fox News on their own.

Here’s a link to an article with a lot of links to video clips exposing the Fox News’ other departments smearing Obama and the Democrats: http://www.allvoices.com/contributed-news/4443785-fox-news-lies-and-the-lying-liars-that-tell-them
