From the futures and options point of view, we have been seeing shorts piling up. Sensex ended at day's low today. Watch out for sub 5100 levels at the Nifty tomorrow. Crude prices have come off their year highs. Markets to consolidate after sharp run up.

39 more companies have announced their results today. Thus so far 87 companies have announced their numbers so far. Big results of the day were from Tech Mahindra, Polaris, Subex, Apollo Tyres, Garware Offshore and Sesa Goa. All of Tech Mahindra, Polaris, Subex, Apollo Tyres and Garware Offshore scrips jumped up in response to the Q2 Sep 09 results, except Sesa Goa which plunged down on declaration of dismal performance in Q2 Sep 09, as against Q2 Sep 08.

Phoenix Mill Ltd. 40% subsidiary is all set for an IPO.
