The Aussies are here. Ricky PontingRicky Ponting has landed in Mumbai for the faceoff with Mahendra Singh DhoniMahendra Singh Dhoni. They will fight it out in a 7-match ODI series. The Aussies are charged up after their win in the Champions’ trophy and want to continue the momentum to win the series against India and prove their superiority. Seven of their players Brett LeeBrett Lee, Peter Siddle, Nathan Hauritz, Jon Holland, Doug Bollinger and Cameroon White are already in India participating in the Challenger T-20 series – hence, they are already acclimatized to Indian conditions. The inaugural match, a day match, is scheduled for 25th October.
