WHITE HOUSE FIGHTING LOSING BATTLE WITH FOX NEWS CHANNEL
Never in the history of this country have you seen a President so intent on silencing a News Channel. The President and his WH staff have thrown everything but the kitchen sink at Fox News without anything to show for it except soaring ratings and a larger viewership for Fox News. If the intent was to send out a message that anything that Fox News reports should not be given any credibility by the other media outlets that report the news, it is not working.
Spin Control:
It was hilarious watching everyone from David Axelrod to Rahm "Deadfish" Emanuel, Valerie Jarret and Anita Dunne spend valuable time over the weekend trying to explain away their toxic comments. While it may be a mystery to this WH & President as to why Fox News is not yet lock step with the rest of State Run Media, it is no mystery within the industry that Fox News is the only outlet that asks tough questions and holds this WH accountable.
Anita Dunne made it clear in her recent commnents about what she and the WH think about Fox News:
"What I think is fair to say about Fox -- and certainly it's the way we view it -- is that it really is more a wing of the Republican Party," Dunn said on CNN. "They take their talking points, put them on the air; take their opposition research, put them on the air. And that's fine. But let's not pretend they're a news network the way CNN is."
It is laughable that she really thinks that CNN is a credible source for news. CNN, the same Network that takes its marching orders from the Obama Administration and was forced to fact check an SNL skit in which the President was made fun of.
They Controlled The Message:
But coming from Anita Dunne, it is not surprising that she would make such a devisive and extreme remark about a news network. This is the sam Anita Dunne that bragged about how they "controlled the media and the message". Really? Now that is news. What took so long for her to make that piece of breaking news?
This is also the same Anita Dunne that made the following statement in front of a room full of High Schoolers:

These are the two people she most often turns to. She turns to Mao Tse Tung. I don't need to fill you in on Mao Tse Tung, but this is one of the most vicious human beings that ever walked the face of the Earth. A killer responsible for the deaths of over 70 million people. This man should not be anyones favorite anything. This is where Anita Dunne and the WH are coming from ideologically.
It is the worst of Marxism, it is the the worst of Socialism and they will stop at no end until they get what they want. Total Control. They want to control the Healthcare message, the Cap & Trade message, the Amnesty Message and the rest of their radical agenda just like they did during the election. They controlled the media and the message then and they want to do it now.
This wreaks of Hugo Chavez and Castro who have shut down all opposing media. This is where this WH wants to take Fox, and conservative talk radio. It is a way to distract Americans from the Healthcare debate which they are losing and put to the Bulls eye on Fox News.
Representative Dana Rohrabacher said it best when he said:
"Barack Obama’s world vision comes from a Marxist background … I see him as someone who is honestly trying to do what he thinks is right … but we do need to recognize that his world view will lead us into a place that is totally contradictory to what American tradition is all about." I saw the Axelford and Emanuel and Jarret interviews, I wouldn't say what they "tried to explain away their toxic comments", I would say they practically echoed her comments.

Um people learn about Mao, Stalin, Pol Pot, Hitler, Saddam and just about every other crazy MF in world history. The high school kids aren't that shocked when an adult talks about them.
In a history class you might learn that even though Hitler killed 6 million Jews, he brought Germany out of an economic disaster. I learned that in high school, sophomore year, Chicago Public school. I was 15. I was smart enough to realize that Hitler is still not a role model despite his economic accomplishments.

You don't get to hear in Fox News about how ACORN gets investigated and then NO conviction occurs. All you hear is they are or have been investigated and that's it, you don't hear the and were found not guilty or there was no evidence to charge them with any wrong doing.
Also ACORN always fires anyone that does wrongdoing, and helps with investigations, not destroy evidence and block investigations, like other contractors and organizations. You don';t hear that on Fox NEws either. You also don't hear how it's illegal for Congress to pass a bill tht is trying to defund just one organization, if fraud means that you don't want that organization to get federal money, it means you have to do it for all organizations that fraud not just ACORN. That's unconstitutional.

I would suggest you provide some information to back up your claims. You are generalizing and not making a lot of sense. What I do know is that a lot of the print media and much of the TV news outlets have Liberal ownership and tendencies. The one News outlet that does not fall into that category is Fox News. Now I may be wrong on this, but simple deducing here tells me that the regular media is going to run more positive news stories on a Liberal/Democratic administration than negative ones. The balance comes in the form of FOx News, which will ask and report the negative stories.
