This guy will not go away. Former Illinois governor, Rod Blagojevich, who was indicted for attempting to sell a vacant Illinois Senate seat, will be on the new Celebrity Apprentice which will begin to air in March 2010. Taping of the show has already begun. However, federal judge, US District Judge James Zagel, is meeting with lawyers from both sides to determine what Mr. Blagojevich can or cannot say on the show. More than likely, this show will taint the jury pool because the Celebrity Apprentice will air from March until May 2010 and his federal court case begins in June. Also, if you have been following the whole Blagojevich ordeal over the past year, then you realize that he has absolutely no problem speaking his mind. However, no judge has a right to tell anyone what he or she can or cannot say due to the First Amendment. The same judge had blocked him from being on "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here" in April of this year. So to all of the Blagojevich fans, you will get to see him on the new Celebrity Apprentice next March.
