GIRIFUSHI, Maldives - Ibrahim Didi, the Maldivian Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture, signs a document under the ocean waters. The document is calling on all countries to cut down their carbon dioxide emissions before a United Nations climate change conference takes place in December in Copenhagen.

Government ministers wearing scuba gear held an underwater meeting of the Maldives Cabinet to make people aware the threat global warming will have on the lowest lying nation on the earth.
