Independence...Freedom......Responsibility?

The first two qualities are often sought after by so many people. But what happens when we get them? Better yet, what does it take to get them and then use them to their greatest extent? Well, responsibility. How bad do you want freedom? independence?

Here's what Sigmund Freud had to say:

"Most people do not really want freedom, because freedom involves responsibility, and most people are frightened of responsibility."

So, freedom is not "free"? (asked sarcastically).
