Just want to introduce myself.
Been getting feed from some of my friends in facebook so became curious and
read the reports. Interesting and informative. I will do my best to contribute on my part and being a realtor, about the real estate market in general.
Thanks for making this an open forum of sort and hoped I can contribute.
As i stated in my profile, Realtor from Long Beach, CA.
Been in the business for over 6 years.
Started real estate during the start of the boom market and experiencing the effect of the loans that were done during those times. A lot of my client were devastated by the option terms of the loans but were able to save their homes by loan modifications or re-structuring.
