If ever there were a cause to bring awareness too or give money for it is Breast Cancer. In our society today, you would have to live in a cave not to have known someone this terrible disease has touched.

I believe this cancer, is dreaded, from young women at the earlist stages of life. Any cause we can find to raise money for research and treatment is justified, no matter what the cause. That's why I wish to write this comment or opinion, today.

My wife and I were watching pro-football this past Sunday, she made comment to all the pink, the players had on. She knows the breast cancer awareness color is pink, but she just saw the sweat bands on the quarterbacks wrist.

Her comment was, are they wearing pink, and then she realized what it was for. My thought was while I watched this game, for 2 more hours, I noticed the players shoes, the umpires and refs hats were pink, I mean everything in site was pink.

I thought how great, but my next thought was, this had to cost in the millions of dollars for every team to have bought 3 pairs of pink shoes per player, and all the other cost that goes along with this, would breast cancer research not benefit more from a donation of that cash.
