According to Associated press,a wedding consisting of 20,000 couples took place this morning in South Korea.
The Unification Church had planned this ceremony of brides dressed in white elegant flowing gowns some in Japanese kimonos while the grooms wore black suits and red ties.This was the biggest wedding of the century, the last one having been performed in 1999.
The 89 year-old controversial priest,Sun Myung Moon,the founder member of this Church performed the ceremony.

It sounds like a beautiful display, with their formal dress and such unity!! It's seldom we see so much love gathered in one place. It would have been 40,000 individuals, plus family, friends, and staff, all gathered for the solitary purpose of supporting love.

In the Aghakhani Community too, many couples are joined in holy matriomony ,especially when Prince Karim Agha Khan is on a trip here and its his birthday or a special occasion.But THIS MAMMOTH wedding seems to have been amazing!

Yes I can believe that Fauzia, the Moon church performs mass weddings of
that kind. I wrote a novlette ones about Sherlock Holmes, the first of the
four volumes was almost finished until it was deliberately destroyed on me
by a senile old man who broke in my room, stole the script typed in duplicate and sat fire to it with orders from my father. I found the letter my father wrote to him to destroy the manuscript and have me locked
up in a mental hospital. That book would have made me once the collection
of four were finished because I was transcribing it from a cassette tape. The old guy sat me back for years. I wrote stories about the Moon
church in that and all that script was lost. I CALLED IT IN TRADITION OF SHERLOCK HOLMES, a brand new original it was. I will have to find time to start rewriting it but it may be a task and a half to do. Everything else I lost over the years has been rewritten and has been shared in allvoices so why not this one now that the new incentive program is coming in where allvoices will become your literary agent to sell your writings to publishers. 19/10/2009.
