Actors on stage.
Observe, Concentrate, and Enjoy.
Three words that I always put in mind whenever I'm on stage.
After graduating from High School I felt that I'm lacking on/of something, that even I, myself, is determine to search and fulfill it.
A TALENT!
Neither can I sing nor can I dance.
Neither that I'm good in sports nor am I good in academics.
I was wodering and began to ask myself "Where am I good at?"
I was jealous with my friends that excel on their own passions.
She can do that. They can do that.
BLAH. BLAH. BLAH.
Finally I was told about "The Academy of Performing Arts."
Well, it sounds interesting I thought.
Without any second thoughts I visited and checked out the place, ambiance, and people around. The place was nice and people seemed to be friendly, so I went in and gave it a try.
Then I learned that there was something in me that's unique: I CAN ACT!
Yes! I can deliver lines well. I have a good energy on stage, and I can work with my co-actors well.
The first play I had was "The Little Mermaid" and I just had a supporting role then.
My mentor/first director told me that up to now I can't forget "There are no small roles only small actors" and that is what I always remember in my heart.
Theater is different from basketball, volleyball, dancing and singing.
It's unusual and it's what I love!
I enjoy performing on stage.
I can be whomever I want to be on stage.
I love to make people believe that I'm another person on stage.
I want to portray different personality on stage.
And of course I love seeing my parents proud of me whenever I'm on stage.
"Life is a stage,
We are the performers,
and God is our director."
-Thank you Lord for this GIFT.-
