Scientists attempt human sacrifice

Human sacrifice is a ritual that is usually associated with the illiterate and superstitious people who reside in interior villages but, it seems to have found favor with the intellectuals in the city of Gwalior. Two senior scientists of the renowned DRDE (Defence Research Development Establishment) attempted to kill a junior scientist to perform some ritual to achieve some objective. Things could never get more sordid than this. The DRDE is an organization that constitutes the best brains in the country and is dedicated to the cause of Defence of the country. What prompted them to take such measures is a big mystery – police investigations have begun based on a complaint filed by the wife of the would-be victim.
