India on ninth place at tree plantation campaign .

For the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) India has been awarded with ninth place.
As this program was launched in November 2006 by one billion tree plantation campaign contribution .
960 lac trees have been recorded in India .
167 countries have participated in this program.
UNEP's communications director, Satinder Binda said, India would have planted, one billion trees,during this year.
The people of India gave a strong response for this tree plantation campaign.
I personally have planted a neem tree.
Many schools are makng such plantation programs,where school chidren plants the trees.
