Attack on officials compound,one injred
LANDIKOTAL: One-security personnel inured when two mortar shells fired from nearby mountains landed inside the army garrison here in Landikotal on Saturday evening.
Official sources said, one mortar shell hit the Khasadars and Levies checkpoint at the assistant political agent house, leaving a Levy soldier identified as injured, while the other mortar shell hit the combine military hospital (CMH) building, however, no casualty occurred in it. Officials said that militants targeted the officials’ compounds to made panic in the area.
