NaNoWriMo
Take a month, write a novel. That's the goal of NaNoWriMo in November. Every year, somebody--anybody with the desire to write anything you want during the whole month. If you've ever had the dream of writing a novel one day, than this is the site for you.
It forces you to take that one day, and turn it into today--this November. 50,000 words. One month.
And it's changed my life--I know, silly to say, but it has. I've loved getting to know people through the site, and I've discovered that writing isn't necessarily a passion I wish to make professional, but it is a hobby that I enjoy. It's made me happy, and I'm about to undertake my 5th November challenge. Four so-so novels have made me realize that anything is possible. It only takes a little pluck and a lot of typing like the wind!
