Gold reached another all time high, this time reaching over $1,058usd in pretrading today. Meanwhile the U.S. Dollar is near its YTD low. Gold has been rallying for the past 5 days in a row and is up over 20% for the year as well. Analyst and investors are calling this a technical breakout from golds previous trading ranges and expect gold to rise even more. While Gold is rallying currently and drop in the stock market would definitely test the gold rally because lately gold has been rallying WITH the stock market and when the dollar falls. Gold later reached another high above $1061 during regular market hours and closed at $1055.90 an ounce today in NewYorkNYMEX.
