Say it ain’t so Joe; the Obama Administration is planning to strip America’s Sheriff of the ability to deal with the staggering illegal immigration problems Arizona continues to fight.

Not only is Arizona home to the second highest kidnappings in the world, the deluge of crime spills over into local communities. In an effort to protect Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has used Federal Law 287g to alleviate the ever-growing problems and protect its residents.

In a joint statement, Rep. Trent Franks-AZ and Lamar Smith-TX urged the Obama Administration and Department of Homeland Security to rethink their position on 287g regarding Maricopa County.

“The key to combating illegal immigration is federal, state and local cooperation,” Smith and Franks said. “This is why we believe it is crucial for the federal government to continue to support individuals like Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the implementation of agreements under section 287g, which provides for the Department of Homeland Security to delegate authority to enforce federal immigration laws to state and local officials.”

According to Arizona state data, more than 33 percent of inmates in Maricopa County Sheriff facilities are legal residents, while more than 53 percent of violent crimes committed in the county are perpetrated by illegal aliens. Keep reading

Sorry, this 297(g) proviso has also made the City of Phoenix and metro area into a war zone on this issue, and Sheriff Joe has been abusing his authority also in using that bogus federal law in order to also set up barricades outside his legal jurisdiction within city limits. And the federal government has no inherent authority to authorize search and seizure methods against the public, since many of those that have been the targets in those high publicity barricades for the local and national news audiences most of all, are legal Mexican Americans whose roots in that state are far longer than Sheriff Joe's.

Who is from Nevada, by the way.

And I grew up there, and the former procedure worked but the immigration and criminal lawyers in Arizona wanted cuts of those drug monies so it was illegally changed. Foreigners are under federal jurisdiction, and local authorities always cooperated with the federal government in Arizona. What was done is that when an illegal was picked up during a routine traffic stop who could not produce a driver's licence, then they were held in local lockup for 24 hours in order to verify their status as either visiting relatives or tourists, or there unlawfully.

If there illegally, then they were turned over to the U.S. Marshall's office, give their free phone call to someone to pick them up at the border, and bused back to the border when the Marshall had enough of them. No trials. Since Mexico also gives no trials on illegals, but either incarcerates them, or lets them call the embassy if they have enough U.S. dollars with them in order to pay off the local authorities.

And the Arizona courts then were not backlogged also with these cases which the residents of Arizona are also now picking up in double taxation at both the federal and local level for those court proceedings.

And it was lawyer greed that is responsible, so they could get some of those drug monies for those trials, and also now that there is a federal statute that also provides for lawyer's fees in these now "civil rights" cases - since the feds also now have unlawfully extended even Bill of Rights protections to non-Americans. This is the globalism agenda and globalists that have created this situation, after all.

And Sheriff Joe's facilities are a misdemeanor facility now run like a maximum security jail, and in which those misdemeanor violators are treated like animals, some before even arraignments, in 120 degree heat working on chain gangs like hardened criminal use to do.

And that state is so dysfunctional, and like living in Iraq at the present time, since it is the Midwesterners, Calfornians and Eastern transplants that are cheering this man on in this publicity stunt for his political career most of all.

Otherwise, why is it that the Marriott, Hilton, developers, car washes, corporate landscapers, and all those BIG time employers have not been busted? Instead, a putt putt course for national television using six officers to arrest three putt putt employees.

Arizona is becoming a laughing stock over this issue, and Sheriff Joe and his methods for his celebrity are part of the problem and not the cure at all. And those that are behind him in these methods, actually nothing more than fascists. Since the Bill of Rights also covers those legal Mexican Americans that have also been victimized.

Some of whom have died in his jails, such as a recently publicized case of a man beaten and tazored to death, who wsa a legal Mexican American.

And if you support this, you must be a new resident to Arizona. Or don't live there or have a clue.

Obviously, don't live there. And I suppose you, as many of the Californians who got your fencing around San Diego back in the 90's who aren't victimized now as much by the border hoppers, are also opposed to the fencing?

Since until you stop the flow, this situation will continue to get worse until Arizona is once again a part of Mexico. And more expensive for the taxpayers in the methods now being used that are nothing more than a bureaucratic excuse to do really nothing at all.

Except get Joe his own TV show, since Rupert Murdoch and his British style of fascist conservatism is a fan now of Sheriff Joe's.

You treat people like animals, and also violate their "unalienable rights," they will get angry, and also become repeat offenders.

So Joe is actually increasing the crime in Arizona by his methods fundamentally. By treating people thus, he is making them then strike back at some innocent citizen once back on the street.

And there is no excuse for that "jail" of his and 120 degree heat. And another woman just died in an Arizona prison from dehydration, actually.

The West and Southwest are being served up by those in Washington for their political careers, and also their share of the drug cartel monies gained form the campaign contributions from those immigration and criminal lawyers, developers, and other profiting at the general public's exspense.

Including the high school and middle school kids being marketed to, while Joe sets up his barricades, and the felony warrants stack up on his desk in the process. Which also another 70% of those felony warrants are also for illegals.

But the barricades make better news bites.
